At Yadbis Store, we try our very best to provide the absolute best service, meaning we will always be helpful when you have questions and we will ensure refunds/returns are given to damaged orders. This is why we allow 14 days warranty after your order has arrived to report a damaged purchase. In this time we will review your concerns and gain relevant evidence such an image of the damage and if there is clear damage we will accept your request for a refund or return. We will never ask for you to return the products to us either.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund is only applicable if the product has arrived damaged, the proof is needed in order to determine if a refund is necessary. Damaged made by the user is not in our fault.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
